Scope, tools & features:

The goal of the project is development of already existing solution that is used in Business Partner management of basic data of service providers carrying out medical services

The solution also enhances exchange of the tools between CRM-class systems, along with protocoling of the changes made and managing data overwrite based on priorities of German sickness fund.

Technologies that were used: CRM, BP, communication via MW (MiddleWare) and Process Orchestration, B-Docs, Idocs, BDT, BADI, BAPIs ABAP OO, new ABAP syntax.

• Increasing the accuracy of data change protocolling based on data sources.
• One centralized superior system and more than 10 local slave systems.
• Exchange of the data from over 40 applications.
• Servicing more than 5 basic data sources and indefinite quantity of local sources.
• Handling indefinite quantity of locally defined rules dedicated to prioritize the importance of data sources, i.e. which sources are authorized to overwrite data.
• Behavior of data source priority management while keeping customers habits in mind.
• Customizability of specific functions depending on the type of the system.
• Clarity and legibility of protocol changes, e.g. the source of the change, origin of the change (local or central file), Business Partner transaction, delta IDoc (including changes only) or C-Idoc (current state), etc.
• Potential for change processing in batch-separated queue.
