Senior System Requirements Engineer

Place of work: remote

What will you do:

• Lead the mission to capture, derive and decompose requirements for a multi-domain system,
• Manage requiremenent of software-hardware and process definition of products through their lifecycle,
• Lead FMEA,
• Define and configure tools in order to achieve highest possible quality,
• Cooperate with various specialists to ensure accurate and complete requirement-test case coverage,
• Work in multi-program environment,
• Identify gaps, develop and implement appropriate solutions,
• Develop metrics to track progress and report outcomes on a frequent basis.

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You posses Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or other relevant field,
• You have 5+ years of experience working in Requirements management,
• Are self-motivated and have demonstrated ability to lead the process,
• Possess a thorough knowledge of Automotive Systems Design,
• Are able and willing to communicate with technical and specialty subject matter experts in order to capture and derive requirements across a network of systems,
• Are eager to work both collaboratively or independently on assingments for conitnous improvement of deliverables,
• You have experience across all phases of program development lifecycle, from capture through design, implementation and test,
  You have experience with FMEAs, ASPICE, SCRUM/AGILE.
